2010 BMW 3-Series Lease Rates – September 2009

logo_bmwMy Take: There still should be 2009 models available for leasing so I would inquire about those first. For the month of September, the coupes are looking mighty fine. Take the 328xi for example, the residual is the highest is will ever be, and the money factor is only about .00145, which translates to about 3.48% APR. Not too shabby if you ask me. You can drop some MSDs to bring it down further if you wish, but personally, I think its fine as is.

I haven’t seen the 2009 numbers, but I will post them if I find them.

  1. Hi, I am looking to lease a new 2010 M3 E90, do you think BMWFS will lower the MF sometime soon on the 2010’s? The current MF and Res are not very attractive and there are no incentives. G, should I wait or pull the trigger?

    Thanks

    • @APM3. 2010 M3s are not looking good right now, so clearly, I would wait to see how next month shapes up. I will say this, M3s are limited edition and will not be discounted heavily this early in the model year. Keep and eye on the rates each month, if it drops some, you should probably jump on it. Alternatively, you could but down the MF with some MSDs to make the lease more attractive.

  2. Just found out there is still the $1250 automatic transmission credit for 3 series. That is on top of the $2500 (or $2000 for 328) lease cash for 335. So you can do invoice + maco + training fee – $2500 – $1250 on 335. Unfortunately, I did not know about the $1250 dealer cash but hopefully some of you take advatange of that.

Anyone in So. Cal, talk to Steve Hui at Pacific BMW in Glendale. He is very straight forward and does not seem to hide anything!!
