2010 Acura Lease Rates – July 2010

logo_acuraMy Take: Here’s a mix bag of Acura numbers for you. This is all I have at the moment, so you don’t need to ask for what’s missing. If I find it, it will get updated on this post. There are cash incentives being thrown around on pretty much all the 2010 Acuras. 2011 RDXs are out, so no cash discounts there.

I’ve added some 2010 RDX numbers (if you can find any remaining ones). They don’t look so bad, so I would recommend them as an alternative to the Q5s, X3s, GLKs of the world. Remember that the MF drops to 0.00076 should you go with the “zero drive-off” offer.

  1. G,

Do you know if Acura’s July MF is different in Wisconsin? In the past, I’ve found that their MF varies by region and many times it has been higher for me than in other parts of the country (ie California).

    Thanks as always!

    • Jon, Acura’s lease rates are regional. I’ve noticed that in cities near the Great Lakes, the MF is much higher than the rest of the country. The MF is based on your address, not the place you purchase the vehicle, so the only way around it is to use a different billing address.

  2. Hi guys, great site! G, can you help me understand if this is a good deal? 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD (no tech) 15k p/year 36 month lease for $459 p/month with $2588 due at signing. thank you!

  3. Dinan, is that including tax? Either way, its more than what I would pay. The invoice price is around $36700. There is lease cash of 1750 on this car, plus there’s the infamous holdback (which i would recommend sharing with the dealer instead of trying to take all of it). Since i don’t know your tax percentage, I can only make an estimate w/o tax.

If you go with a sale price of $34650 (invoice – 1750 – $300 of the holdback), you should be looking at $443 per month with around $1500-$1800 due at signing. If you qualify for the loyalty cash (another $1500), then your payments should drop like $45 bucks.

  4. I see all the rates are based on 15K miles. What do the residuals change to when you decrease the mileage to 10K and 12K on the TL SH AWD tech and MDX tech? I am assuming they would go up a few points….

    • that’s correct. the residuals jump 2% if you go with 12k miles and 3% if you go with 10k miles per year.
