2013 Mercedes Benz Lease Rates – February 2013

Numbers don’t look too good this month for MBs. Residual dropping but the MFs are going up. What the heck, right? Anyway, probably good time to hold out for better deals as Spring and Summer approach.

  1. Hey G I have 2011 E63AMG on lease and could you tell me if this is a good deal:

    negotiated price-100,259.27
    prepaid maintenence-1395
    aquisition fee -1095
    docs fee-599
    total of $103,348.27
    then cap cost reduction- 611.54
    adjusted cap cost-102,736.73
    residual-62194.26(how many % is this?)
    depreciation-40542.47
    rent charge-20484.37(whats the MF?)
    total of base monthly payment-61026.84
    payment with tax-1828.26

what do you think did I get a good deal??

thanks for all you do,great site!

    • Hi Dave, sorry for the delay. Been trying to catch up with some lease rate posts. I am a bit confused about what you are doing here. Are you trying to lease a 2011 E63AMG? You don’t have the MSRP so its tough tell what kind of residual this has. The doc fees look awfully high and the acquisition fee has been padded by $200. There are many unknown factors here so I can’t properly analyze how good the deal is.

      • I got this lease in Sep 2011 so a year and a half till today..just wanted to get your competent opinion.Did they ripped me off or not? As far as MSRP it was 105 XXX and I got it down to 100,259..what do you think..you already said its terribble??

        • Normally, I don’t like to talk about things after the fact, but yeah, you got hit pretty hard on this lease. And here’s why…

          1) You didn’t get much of a discount for a car at this price range.
          2) You paid a padded bank fee and your dealer doc is pretty high too.
          3) I estimated your residual to be about 59%, assuming it’s a 36 month, which is good. But if this anything shorter, then probably not as good.
          4) Your rent charge is about 20k. That’s a lot. I am estimating a MF that’s well above .00250 so my guess is you didn’t qualify for tier 0/1 or they padded your MF for profit.

Sorry for the bad news 🙁

  2. Hi G,

Is there anyway to know the money factor and residual for a 2012 ML350blutech.

Seems we are being offered a great deal with 8% off MSRP. New car low miles. Not sure if we should do this..thanks for any assistance you can provide.

    • Hi Betty, sorry for the late response. unfortunately I don’t have lease rates for the Ml350blutech. 8% off MSRP looks good though. According to TrueCar, that is how much they are going for (approx 8%-9%)

  3. Hi G,

I am looking to lease a 2013 E63, can you tell me what the Residual and MF is for a 24 – 27 month lease with 12K per year.
I am currently a MB client and my credit is excellent.

    Thanks for all your help.

    RM

    • Sorry Robert, what you see is what I have. I don’t normally take requests because I post everything my source gives me. The only exception I made this month was with BMW because I had extra information. But that’s only for this month. Going back to “No Requests” next month.

      • I can get you into an E63 for less then any benz dealer will ever quote you. Please give me a call 201-434-2277. Let me know what color and options you are looking for and ill give you exact numbers for the car delivered straight to your door.

        • Justin, I’m looking to lease a 2013 E63 or buy a 2012 or slightly used/demo 2013 and need advice.
