2013 Nissan Lease Rates – March 2013

Nissan updated their lease rates yet again and they look good. Residuals seem to have been increased which makes for a better lease. Not seeing much in terms of lease cash, but there are some retail cash allowances for most models. The rates are quite aggressive, so make sure you put on your negotiator hat and strike a great sale price.

  1. Hey G, It looks like the residuals change for every trim level?
Reversed engineered their current specials and it looks like their residual for the sentra and altima are off a couple of points. Either that or they play with the residuals for dealer profit on these specials (i have never seen that, if anything, they play with the MF).

    I show Sentra SV @ 60% for 12k miles/yr and Altima 2.5S @61% for 12k miles/yr
    The MF looks right.

Do you have a good source to find invoice #s?

    thanks!

    • Zoom, yes, residuals have a tendency to change for every trim, while the MF typically stays the same (unless it’s a rare model). I typically use TrueCar for invoice pricing. Edmunds does okay in that department, but I prefer TrueCar.
