2013 Infiniti Lease Rates – June 2013

Oddly enough, IFS dropped the residuals and increased some money factors. That’s quite strange for the following reasons: 1) It’s June and numbers just changed in May 2) With the new Q coming. the G37 dropped residual and the money factor went up? 3) It’s freaking JUNE!!!

Anyway. the good news is that the G37 does have $2,500 Lease Cash so I’m sure a nice low sale price can fix the weird lease rates. Lease on brothers and sisters!

  1. I heard they are going to continue to make the current G through 2013 and possibly into 2014. It may be the reason they are not as aggressive with moving the Gs. At least this month. I’m curious to see if the rates change next month.

    • Funny you mention it, my sales rep said the same thing. My immediate reaction was to assume he was actively ignorant (he didn’t know about the lease cash) and/or was using one of those silly dealer tricks. But now, maybe there is something to it? Maybe they plan to cut 10% off the price to peg it lower vis a vi the Q50 in 2014? Who knows..

Another observation that might mean something: of the 55-60 2013 G37s in my area (between 2 dealers) they are ALL Journey trims. No sport, no 37x. .

Also, there is $1000 loyalty lease cash if anyone is looking for a sweetener.

      • This definitely has to be the reason the dealers aren’t aggressive. There have been some people posting some great deals on Edmunds. I sent offers to like 3 different Infiniti dealers in my area and they basically said no and didn’t even counter offer. Now, maybe they don’t want to headache of dealing with someone who is as aggressive as I am, but in all my leases I have never had them just stop talking to me.

        • Auto sales have gone up in the month of June so that may play a pretty big part as to why you aren’t getting as many count offers. I think it is slowing becoming a sellers market so make sure you start shopping a little earlier than usual

  2. G, I noted an advertisement at roswell infiniti in Atlanta area offering a 24 month lease on a g37 for $288 10k and no up front cash. They must have some significant dealer cash to reach that number. I did an 18 month lease a year ago and my local dealer matched their ad price plus $250 – which seemed reasonable. Seems like a great price on an outstanding car.

    • IFS has pretty good short term leases normally. If you see them promoted, they are typically very good. too bad I don’t get much info on those other wise I could give you more specifics.

  3. That Roswell Infiniti deal of sign then 288 per month is nuts. Now to find a dealer in the Seattle area to match it….
