Introducing THE LIST

Kudos to James and Dave. They have inspired me to create a side-by-side list comparison of the leases I analyze each month. Instead of putting my “stamp” of approval or “recommended leases of the month”, I decide to compile this list and sort them from lowest monthly payment down to the highest. Fact is, everyone’s definition of a “DEAL” is different. Since I don’t have the same “priorities” as other people may have, I decided to just list the prices and models and let you, the readers, figure out what you think it’s worth leasing.

HERE IS “THE LIST” FOR SEPTEMBER 2008

Obviously, the cars in the lower part of the list are the most expensive to lease, so try to stay away from those if you can. However, do consider the MSRP during your decision making process. If you find a car that retails for $40k and is leasing for less than $400 a month, you obviously have a winner.

I decided to keep the cars “stock” since it gets rather complicated when you start adding the options. Not all cars provide the same options, so it would have made for a rather unfair comparison.

The list gets updated regularly so check it often!
