September 2008 Lease Rate for 08 Lexus IS250
My Take: The numbers are up a bit from last month due to the drop in residual. The AWD model takes a 2% hit at 24 months and 3% hit at 36 months. The lease rates of .0008 that were post last month were actually lower from what I’ve seen around the web (.00055). Unfortunately, this month, they are up. So the lease got a bit expensive compared to last month. No word on the RWD model yet, but I will update this post if I come cross them.

hey G first time posting here… What would I be looking at for the IS250 AWD with 10k miles per year and no Premium Plus Package, just a base model? thanks

mike: congrats on your 1st comment! for a stock AWD, we’re looking at a MSRP of $35,310 and invoice of $31,169.
24mo/10k - $451 at invoice, $628 at msrp
36mo/10k - $384 at invoice, $503 at msrp
This is taking in consideration Tarry’s assumption that you added 3% to the residual when you go from 15k to 10k miles per year.
Inception fees due at signing.
