2011-12 Acura Lease Rates – July 2011

Nothing too exciting here. The RDX got a nice MF reduction (without a residual penalty), making it more “lease-able”. The rest of the models had to drop the MF due to a 1% drop in residual, making it about the same as last month.

Now some good news on the TL. Acura is providing some REALLY great financing options PLUS $1000 dealer cash and two Dealer Bonus Cash ($750 and $500). There are some restrictions on this, so be sure to read the fine print. Here is a link to Edmunds’ Acura Incentives Page. Remember, this is DEALER CASH not CUSTOMER CASH, so in most cases it’s used at DEALER’s discretion.

Here is a sample calculation based on TrueCar’s Southern California sale price and do not include local taxes. Please note that your dealer calculations may vary due to local fees/taxes.

2012 ACURA TL BASE
MSRP – $36,490
Sale Price – $32,567 ($1000 dealer cash applied)
Monthly – $380+ tax
RWG Rating – 94.0

  1. Got a 2011 MDX Base, 36 months, 10k miles/year (+12,000 loyalty miles so total 42,000), Northern NJ on 7/11/11:

    MSRP 43,815 / Sales Price 40,198
    MF 0.00103 / Residual 60%

Up front fees of 1,948 (no cap cost reduction) made up of:
    Acquistion 595
    Documentation, DMV, Tires, etc. 866
    First Payment: 487

    $455/month + tax

    • @REITdude. Pretty good deal there. It’s nice having those extra miles! I think the MDX rates were pretty reasonable so no complaints here. Good job!

  2. Do the TSX rates also apply to the Tech Package version? Any idea on if Acura does an 18,000 mile lease and what the residual reduction would be? Thanks! Great site.

  3. Wanted to say thanks. I just rolled my daughters ’09 TL Tech into a ’12 TL Tech. Did very well thanks to your site keeping me informed on the numbers. Pretty much got it at invoice plus all the dealer money and loyalty money. Also, the trade in had $1500 in equity.

Bottom line; a sign and drive (even first month payment) for $458/mth. I’m in Orlando Florida so the monthly payment includes 6.5% tax with a final payment of $490 tax inc.

Your site is great and has helped me several times over the last few years. Keep it going G!

  4. ^^^ Oh, forgot to give an important piece of info. That was a 36m/15k lease. Inception fees were all pretty average and totaled around $1500. Rolled it all into the lease. Normally I don’t do that, but in these uncertain times, cash is king! I want my cash in my pocket.
