My Take: The 24mo and 36mo leases on the RWD Base and Journey are looking rather tasty this month with an ultra low MF and fairly high residual. If you are in So Cal and are able to get a sale price of a few thousand dollars under invoice (EX35 Journey + Premium RWD), then you should be looking at a sub-$400 a month lease with just inception fees. (Unfortunately, most of the cash incentives is available for purchases only, see update for more details)

UPDATE! Looks like you can get the EX35 for around $7000 off MSRP. Couple of catches…it’s for purchases, not leasing. It also doesn’t stack with special financing. The good news is that the you should still be able to get under invoice on the EX35 if you chose to lease, but your payments will probably jump to the mid-400s.
