My Take: Surprisingly enough, the X6 5.0 (improved from last month) and the X5 4.8i (unchanged from last month) have the best lease rates of all the X-Series “Sport Activity” vehicles. Sure, they have a hefty price tag for most people, but if you were shopping around for one, you already knew that. I actually really dig the looks of the X6, love the higher stance, coupe lines and a beefy 5.0 liter engine. This month is a good month for the X6 5.0 (not so much the 3.5 model though). Remember that for most BMWs, the 36-month term is the sweet spot since it has the best residual/term/money factor combination. BMWFS is also offering 2.9% financing for up 60 months on both models, but no customer/dealer cash.
