2010 Acura TL Lease Rates – February 2010

logo_acuraMy Take: The residual value for the TL has dropped by 1% since the end of last month. To make matters worse, the money factor got bumped up a significantly as well. However, AHFC is providing $1500-$2000 cash to dealer (non-Tech and Tech) which CAN be used for leasing. When there’s dealer cash like this, you can typically start at Invoice, substract the dealer cash, then tap into some of that holdback (assuming your dealer is VERY eager to lease you one of these). This means that a base TL $35,915 MSRP with an invoice price of $33,483 should cost you no more than $31,983 in most markets. In areas where competition is fierce, you can probably have the dealer share some of the $1077 in holdback. I’d probably ask for around half, making a final sale price somewhere in the $31,500 vicinity. So what does this mean for you? If you get the sale price and opt for the 12k miles per year lease, you should expect your monthly payments to be around $393 per month + tax; with inception fees due at signing (somewhere around $1500). If you can negotiate these numbers (or better), I think you’ll find yourself in a pretty good lease.

  1. G, Thanks for all the great info on the Acura’s. Was hoping to get the February 2010 lease info on Acura TSX. Looking at getting base money factor and residual for 10,000 miles on a 36 or 48 month lease.

Thanks again. Your site is so helpful.
