09 Mercedes Benz C-Class Lease Rates for March 2009

logo_benzMy Take: ALRIGHT! THIS IS THE MONTH FOR ALL YOU MERCEDEZ BENZ FANS!! Dang it!! I wanna trade in my G37 now!!! Anyway, here’s the deal! You want to stick with the 48-month because the 24 and 36 month leases have major residual drops. However, the 48-month lease’s residual stays intact! To make things better, the money factor drops, so that means that the payments will drop as well. Ain’t that sweet? Hahaha. I think so.

As a special treat, I will deck out a nicely loaded C350 (in black, cuz they look best in that color) and estimate those payments for ya. Here it is!

C350 – Black – Premium 2 Package – Panorama Sunroof – AMG 18″ 5-Twin-Spoke Wheels – 6-Disc In-Dash CD Changer – iPod Integration Kit – 48 months/12k miles.

MSRP $44,120
Invoice $41,093
Sale Price $39,120
Residual 47%
Money Factor .00084
Tax Rate 8.25% So Cal Tax

Monthly $433 (base payment) + $36 (tax) = $469 per month (with inception fees due at signing).

So there you have it, a $44k car for under $500 a month after taxes. Not bad huh? Just remember, you are going to have to work at it. Even if you end up at invoice or just $1000 under invoice, you are still looking at a low-$500 per month payment. To put things in perspective for ya, I leased a 325i back in 2001 for $553 per month…MSRP $32k. Yeah. Silly me, I know.

    • @rachit. my estimates are all with $0 down, but you have to pay all your fees and 1st month payment upfront. This is MARCH numbers, so you can’t the 2009 C350 for that price anymore. 2010 are out already and remaining c350s are probably getting about $5000 dealer cash, but the lease rates aren’t as good, for what I understand.
