2013-14 Honda Lease Rates – October 2013

Per last month’s poll, it looks like Honda’s are still one of the Top 8 brands folks want to lease. So these postings are likely going to continue going forward. Good to know that folks still care.
I know there will be a lot of questions about the other brands and I will address those down the road. For now, lets keep this Honda related.

As you know, I’m shopping around for a Sonata replacement and the Accord is looking mighty good. I’m likely going to opt for the V6 model. As you can see, you don’t want to lease a 2014 right now. MF way too high. A 2013 would be a better candidate, however, after all the issues I had with m first year Sonata, I think I am going to skip first year models going forward.

For this month, I recommend getting 2013 models of the Civic, CRV and Pilot. And if you are willing to deal with possible recalls and quality issues that are inherent in first-year models, throw the Accord into that mix.

  1. G,
Thanks for the hard work again. Just to remind you of my friendly suggestion again: if you decide to get a V6, it is worthwhile to check out “base” Lexus ES. Last time I calculated, the monthly payment was merely $20-30 apart from Accord V6.

    • Thanks LT. I’m was shopping around last month and made some calculations on a bunch of models I was interested. I will make a post about it and maybe I can get some feedback from everyone.

  2. I managed my TSX lease for $20 less per month than I was quoted on an accord EXL. I’m sure I could have fought for better, but I just went to the Acura. In fact this is exactly what your blog helpful, the initial quote on leases from dealers are often insulting… you help us know that.

    • Tell me about it…I’m insulted very often. Haahaa. When I was trying to get my wife’s Pilot, only Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos gave me an initial quote I was pleased with. Everyone else was insulting my intelligence.
