2010/11 Acura Lease Rates – September 2010

logo_acuraMy Take: Acura has regional lease rates, so your money factor may vary. I believe the TL has a slightly high MF compared to us in the West Cost (.00134). It is still not a bad deal, but it does make the payments slightly higher. The TSX looks like a good lease this month. Not only are the residual and money factor very good, Acura is also throwing some cash at them. My guess is that the TSX will be one of the top 10 leases in this months Round-Up again.

2010/11 Acura Lease Rates – August 2010

logo_acuraMy Take: As I was saying earlier on the Honda post, this month’s numbers should be the same as last months. As we near the end of the 2010 model year now, you will start having difficulty finding the car you want because production has already ended. You may be forced to take on a 2011 model, which will more than likely be more expensive to lease in it’s first few months of introduction. I recommend shopping a few months  before the end of your lease or finding a way to weather the “mark-up” months when new models first arrive in showrooms.

2010 Acura Lease Rates – July 2010

logo_acuraMy Take: Here’s a mix bag of Acura numbers for you. This is all I have at the moment, so you don’t need to ask for what’s missing. If I find it, it will get updated on this post. There are cash incentives being thrown around on pretty much all the 2010 Acuras. 2011 RDXs are out, so no cash discounts there.

I’ve added some 2010 RDX numbers (if you can find any remaining ones). They don’t look so bad, so I would recommend them as an alternative to the Q5s, X3s, GLKs of the world. Remember that the MF drops to 0.00076 should you go with the “zero drive-off” offer.

2010 Acura RDX, TL, TSX Lease Rates – November 2009

logo_acuraUPDATE: There is the $1500 cash rebate for the Base TSX V6 and $2000 TSX V6 with Tech that’s expiring 11/30/2009. I just got a quote today from my dealer Jerry (In Torrance, CA) for the 2010 TSX V6 Base for $1100 due at signing and $409 per month. That includes 9.75% sales tax for LA county. Smoking hot deal if you ask me. $1800 below invoice with the rebate. 2010 V6s are built in VERY limited quantity, so don’t bother asking me if the deal is going to be better in Dec or not; If you like it now, and can do it now, DO IT!

My Take: No cash on the RDX and TL, but the TSX V6 is getting $1500 cash for the base and $2000 for the Tech. The residuals dropped 1% on the 4 cyl model, while the V6 took a 2% hit. The good news is that the money factors dropped too, so it should keep the monthly payments around the same ballpark as last month. I personally like the older TSX, so I think the new one is probably just as good. I haven’t driven the new ones yet, but the V6 looks real tempting.

2010 Acura RDX Lease Rates – September 2009

logo_acuraUpdate: Added 2010 RDX FWD and FWD with Tech Lease Rates. My Take: Residual values from August remain steady for September, while the money factor has dropped. This is good news for those looking to lease the RDX because it’s cheaper than last month! When it comes to 2010 models with really bad lease rates, it is really worth your time to wait. You know eventually the numbers will drop. If they don’t, you probably shouldn’t be leasing it anyway.

2010 Acura RDX Lease Rates – August 2009

logo_acuraMy Take: If this month’s RDX lease were a vaccum, it would out perform my Dyson DC17. That’s how much it sucks. I am not even sure MSDs can safe this deal from looking as horrendous as it does. Here’s a quick rating for you based on a 36-month/15k mile lease, using invoice as the sale price…1.46 or a BAD Rating. Remember that I am assuming that the dealer would actually sell it at invoice. That’s $2587 off MSRP. Feel free to take a pass on the RDX this month.

09 Acura RDX Lease Rates for December 2008

My Take: RDX is looking the same as last month. There are some incentives available to sweeten the deal (HERE). A cool $1500 marketing cash and another $1500 mfg to dealer cash. That’s $3000 worth in discounts! Worth a look if you need a compact crossover with luxury features. Personally, I love how Honda/Acura keeps the car leasing/purchasing decision simple. They don’t overload you with options and features. You get the base model and one with Tech. Easy as pie.

November 2008 Lease Rates for 09 Acura RDX

My Take: If you have never leased before, Acura is probably one of the best brands to lease from. They offer no security deposit, GAP coverage, no disposition fees and up to $1500 in damage waiver. They are relatively easy and inexpensive to maintain, while offering
great value for your money.
The RDX isn’t a bad lease this month, I would probably hold out for better discounts so you can get a sale price of below invoice. That would make the RDX a better lease this month. Special financing is also available at 0.9% for up to 36 months and 2.9% for up to 60 months.
